I had always wished to be a journalist, but lacking the opportunity deprived me of living my dream. GPI gave me a chance to live my dream, and because of that, now I can proudly say that I am a senior reporter of GPI. I have been involved with GPI since 2007.

Through the stories I write for GPI, I have the chance to change the conservative attitude of my society and country. I feel GPI creates a platform for the voiceless to speak their side of the story. GPI provided me with the opportunity to write articles, bringing to light issues of communities in remote and isolated areas of Nepal. GPI’s stories has helped people from all around the world understand our country better and has had a positive impact in our society as well. There have been many positive changes as a result of having GPI and Cristi in my life, for which I am very thankful.
